All the sections are well detailed and quite informative with a wealth of knowledge and many factors to consider. There’s an FAQ section with each service. There’s no mention of additional services that help further along with an immigration case such as language courses, job search, or post-landing services.
Prices
The initial assessment is free. There is no info about immigration packages or fees for the services. Some reviews suggest that the price packages start from $2000-$3000 and can go up depending on your case. If a person desires to engage in a contract with a certain company, then he needs to receive all relevant information, among which payment is the main issue.
Exactly why the company doesn’t provide this information is not clear.
Customer Service
The company really falls short when it comes to its customer service. With multiple complaints about processing time and customer satisfaction, as we found reviews from clients who were quite upset with their overall service and work ethic. These client reviews suggest that they missed their chance in express entry draws because of the negligence of the company’s customer service in keeping their profile up-to-date.
Another review also states that the response rate is quite slow and the customer support is weak. We didn’t find a refund policy on their website and some reviews suggest that they had troubles with their application once they had paid the fees in full.
Other Perks
As Canada Visa is a legal firm, they have services specially tailored to legal issues and are experts in inadmissibility cases. They don’t have any additional services specifically for immigration such as document upload, language courses, or post-landing services. Clients appreciate an agency that provides a broad range of post-landing services since starting over in a new country requires lots of arrangements. We consider those services highly relevant.
RCICs
Canada Visa works with a team of over 60 lawyers and paralegals. Only one of them is mentioned by name – David Cohen. He is a senior partner at Campbell Cohen and is authorized by the IRCC to represent all matters pertaining to Canadian immigration.
Online Visibility
Website
The website of Canada Visa is quite thorough with a lot of information for potential immigrants. We feel that the layout could have been better, as it reads out more like a newsletter rather than a modern immigration firm website. There is very detailed information about all their services, but only precise info about the firm.
They have an active forum, a regularly updated news section, and a client portal with login info. You can also subscribe to their newsletter to stay up-to-date with all their current happenings as well as news about Canadian immigration. The website shares a disclaimer, privacy policy, copyright, and sitemap for easy navigation.
Social Media
The Facebook page of Canada Visa has an impressive following of over 3,899,651 followers. Each post has around 100 likes or more, and some comments which go unanswered. The same goes with their Twitter which has over 46.5k followers but no interaction under posts.
They have a YouTube channel as well with over 9.65k subscribers. They update it regularly with webinars and insightful videos about immigration, but comments are turned off. Their Instagram has 145k followers and is regularly updated but with zero interaction as with all their social media platforms.

Editor’s Conclusion
Canada Visa has a huge presence as reflected in their years of experience, a large following on social media, and a remarkable size of the law team. However, they don’t seem to fully utilize any of it, as there is no interaction on their social media, and even with such a large team, clients complain of poor communication, slow response rate, and bad customer care support.
Canada Visa should work on the better application of their resources for the betterment and progress of their practice. Moreover, as it is purely a legal practice, the prices for immigration consultancy with a lawyer are certainly higher than that of an RCIC agent.
Here you can check recommended RCICs that rank higher in our list of best immigration consultants.
